All She Wants To Do Is Dance

I am wayyyy behind so I am going to post in chronological order. The night before we left for Oregon was CC's big (long) dance recital. I hate to sound stage mommy, but I was a little worried about how she would perform. Claire was having trouble memorizing the routine. I know how cute that stuff is on America's Funniest Videos and I really was trying to keep this in perspective as all the other Moms were shrugging sympathetically at me. I am happy to report that come show time Claire totally nailed the routine, I was in awe. It was so cute, I wish we had pictures but the program clearly stated "No flash photos or video!!!!" (They are planning on selling the video back to parents for the super low price of fifty dollars.) So as all the other audience members are filming and snapping away Bill and I, being the rule followers we are, kept shrugging at eachother like what should we do? Isn't Claire's costume cute?
